Developing your Imagination into Reality
In a world where how we differentiate products is becoming more and more based on design, instead of features, Product Development is more complex than ever. We develop the form and function of your idea, taking your invention and developing it into a production ready design. Our team consistently delivers beautiful aesthetics and functional designs that are manufacturable and user-friendly.

When starting a full development project, we start with a discovery and research step that looks at what is on the market currently, and solutions inside and outside of the industry your product will be entering. From this, and possibly your prior art, we identify problems, features, and potential solutions. Then we follow with two rounds of ideation sketching. The first round creates many ideas, focused on features and function. The second round develops the form and aesthetics into more refined concepts.
Technical documents are required to produce professional prototypes or for manufacturing a final product. These documents range from 2D drawings and techpacks to 3D models, and can be sent to any vendor, whether we need a prototype made or full manufacturing. This step also includes sourcing the right vendors for your product, and final design for manufacturability. This last step in development is where final production costs are determined.
This phase takes the best concepts from our Discovery phase and refines the details of those concepts. There are two steps to this phase. The first is creating quick 3D models or physical sketch models (foam). The end of this phase is creating a single clearly defined and developed final concept with well-defined design intent, and details/features clearly specified. This is a great step to involve a patent attorney if we haven’t already. We have several amazing patent legal firms that we work with to make sure your product idea is protected.
Whether you went through the Technical Phase, or possibly stopped at Development because you are selling the idea, the next step is one where we bring in one of our partners to help you. Whether you want to manufacture and sell on Amazon, start your own company, or sell the idea to a bigger company, we are here to support you and make sure you get the most from your idea.
