Crayster needed to transform their hand made traps into a manufacturable product they could outsource. They wanted a US made product that did not drastically increase their per unit cost.
Our solution involved a minor redesign to their two products for manufacturability, manufacturing documentation, and the sourcing and vetting of several manufacturers.
We completed the redesign with no functional change to the product, allowing machine manufacturing. After producing the documentation for manufacturing, we proceeded to vet and source US based manufacturers. Through our sourcing, we were able to locate and approve a manufacturer located just a couple hours from their location as well as meeting their cost targets for both products.
