Barry and Ian then talk more about their opinions on changes that need to be undertaken first for the future to look better. Barry then talks more about the role of understanding the problem, rather than forcing people to act a certain way that might go against their comfort. Barry also mentions how he managed to market the idea sharing as a business plan to help other businesses share their ideas and motivate employees effectively. He is host of 1202 – The Human Factors podcast and also the leader in Climate Ergonomics as well as trustee for the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
